Steve Gray has been a steadfast supporter of CAUSE and its mission from the very beginning. As the husband of Executive Director Jenny Gray and father to Jason and Alex, Steve has spent his life prioritizing family, dedication, and service to others.
Throughout his career, Steve worked tirelessly to provide for his family, allowing Jenny to remain at home and focus on raising their sons and advocating for Jason’s needs following his diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy. His unwavering support helped lay the foundation for the work that would eventually become CAUSE.
Today, Steve continues to serve as one of CAUSE’s strongest champions. As a member of the Board of Directors, he brings a deep understanding of the challenges and triumphs experienced by families of individuals with disabilities. Known as Jenny’s biggest supporter and number one fan, Steve remains committed to helping CAUSE create a more inclusive and supportive community for all.
As a stay-at-home mother, she devoted herself to raising both of her sons while navigating the educational, social, and developmental needs of a child with disabilities. She later served as an Instructional Assistant for 22 years, working closely with students, families, and educators to help create supportive learning environments.
Drawing from both personal and professional experience, Jenny leads CAUSE with compassion, understanding, and a deep commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities and the families who support them.
