More About Jenny
Jenny Gray is the Executive Director of CAUSE and a lifelong advocate for individuals with disabilities and their families. As the mother of two sons, Jason and Alex, Jenny’s passion for advocacy began with her own family’s journey. After contracting encephalitis as an infant, her eldest son, Jason, was later diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, inspiring Jenny to dedicate her life to supporting others facing similar challenges.
As a stay-at-home mother, she devoted herself to raising both of her sons while navigating the educational, social, and developmental needs of a child with disabilities. She later served as an Instructional Assistant for 22 years, working closely with students, families, and educators to help create supportive learning environments.
Drawing from both personal and professional experience, Jenny leads CAUSE with compassion, understanding, and a deep commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities and the families who support them.
