Throughout his career, he has worked to create inclusive learning environments, encourage student growth, and help individuals reach their full potential through compassion, patience, and education.

As the father of three college students, Tracy understands the importance of strong educational foundations, family support, and community involvement. His experience both in the classroom and at home gives him a unique perspective that strengthens CAUSE’s mission to empower individuals with disabilities and provide meaningful support to families throughout their journey.
