Mayra is a devoted mother of three beautiful daughters whose passion for supporting families is deeply rooted in her own experiences. Her youngest daughter, now in fifth grade, has Down syndrome, giving Mayra firsthand insight into both the joys and challenges of raising a child with unique abilities.
As a Board Member of CAUSE, Mayra is committed to helping create a welcoming and supportive community where individuals with disabilities and their families feel seen, valued, and empowered. She is passionate about encouraging inclusion, sharing resources, and helping families build meaningful connections. Through her dedication and compassionate spirit, Mayra proudly supports CAUSE’s mission of making a positive difference in the lives of those it serves.
