Our Story
CAUSE was founded from a lifetime of service, compassion, and dedication to helping others.
Our founder has devoted her life to supporting individuals with disabilities and assisting families navigating challenges many people never see. Inspired by the resilience, strength, and beauty found within every individual, she created CAUSE to be a place of hope, encouragement, and meaningful support.
Like the bee — small yet powerful — one act of kindness and one caring community can create lasting change.
Who We Serve
CAUSE proudly supports individuals and families from all walks of life through compassionate guidance, meaningful resources, and a commitment to inclusion. We are dedicated to serving children and adults with disabilities, empowering youth and teens, supporting parents and caregivers, and strengthening families facing educational, emotional, and social challenges. Through community outreach and meaningful connections, CAUSE also works to inspire greater awareness, acceptance, and inclusion within the communities we serve. Our mission is to ensure that every individual feels valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.
Children & Adults with Disabilities

Youth & Teens
At CAUSE, we believe every young person deserves the opportunity to grow, thrive, and reach their full potential, especially siblings of special needs children. Often called the glass children, they have a very special role to fulfill. Parents rely on them for help with their sibling, while they try to navigating a normal childhood. As they mature, many come to understand that they are just as special as their sibling. CAUSE is here to help them along that journey. We provide a supportive environment where youth and teens can build confidence, develop life skills, and discover their unique strengths. Through mentorship, educational support, social opportunities, and community engagement, we help young people navigate challenges while encouraging independence and personal growth.
Families Navigating Challenges
Families caring for children, teens, or adults with disabilities often face complex educational, emotional, and social challenges. CAUSE is committed to walking alongside families every step of the way, providing resources, support, and a compassionate community that understands their journey.
Parents & Caregivers
Parents and caregivers are often the strongest advocates for their loved ones, but they should not have to navigate the journey alone. CAUSE provides access to valuable resources, educational information, and community connections designed to support families caring for individuals with disabilities and special needs.
Empowerment, Education & Mentorship
CAUSE is dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities, youth, teens, and the parents and caregivers who walk beside them every day. Through empowerment, education, mentorship, community outreach, and compassionate support, we strive to create inclusive environments where everyone has the opportunity to succeed and belong.
